CIDR Applicator Gun (Implant Tool)

The CIDR Applicator Gun (Implant Tool) is used to insert the CIDR into the vagina of the heifer or mature cow. There are two sizes as you can see. Zoetis recommends that the blue implant tool (17 inches in length) is used for mature Dairy cattle due to length of the vagina and the green implant tool (13 inches in length) is used for Beef cattle. You may need the longer implant tool for some mature beef cattle that have had multiple births..  We have both in stock, and so it would be your choice. They are priced the same.
