Norbard

One of the Charolais Optimal  Sires that we imported semen on in 2004 – 2007.  He is noted for his strong maternal value.  His daughters possess excellent reproductive capacity and are excellent milkers.  We recommend using Norbard on mature females.  He is currently registered with AICA.

NORBARD has strong maternal value. His pedigree is very attractive – sire GENK (extremely popular in Australia with good EBV’s there)  He is a maternal brother to IMPAIR, and his maternal grand sire is BLASON (Sire of IMPAIR). NORBARD is champion in milking ability (110) and daughter fertility (111) but he should be strictly used on mature cows (ease of calving – 98).
