A question was posed online about who Irish Whiskey’s best son was. There have been a few, but the overall consensus was GCC Cerveza.  This is a bull that will go down in history as being a sire that consistently produces those females that have the look and design to make high dollar cattle. If you ever saw Cerveza in person you would have loved him.  His full sisters are the same kind; powerful cattle with substance, excellent foot size and that look that will make you do a double take.  His dam, Miss Chill 1829 has been one of the most productive and profitable females to date.  She has consistently proven that she can produce both daughters and sons that will dominate the industry, regardless of breed or sire.  As one of 1829’s best sons, GCC Cerveza will moderate frame size, add thickness and power, along with the hair and look that has made Irish Whiskey famous. He currently ranks in the top 15% for Milk and Maternal Value.
