Wagyu beef has a uniquely high ratio of oleic acid, which gives the beef its incomparable flavor and health benefits. This bull had a low birth weight of 51 lbs and he will provide exceptional calving ease for heifers. He has a strong top line with excellent depth of rib and volume.
